We handle all aspects of a purchase and sale transaction including drafting letters of intent, contracts for purchase and sale, title insurance, survey review, due diligence, land use, preparation of closing documents, preparation of opinions, negotiation of loan documents, and handling of closings, including disbursements and recording. These services include the purchase and sale of raw land, improved commercial real estate, and subdivision transactions.

GLG provides closing and escrow services for purchase and sale contracts, including the issuance of title insurance.

Formation of LLC's, corporations, and partnerships for business and real estate ventures, including preparation of operating, agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

We act as real estate counsel to borrowers who use 142d bonds to finance assisted living and memory care facilities and schools, or other projects that qualify for tax free bond financing. We also prepare private placement memorandums, operating agreements and others needed to raise equity.​

We are counsel to retail and other commercial landlords, negotiating and preparing leases for local and national tenancies. SNDA's, tenant estoppels and other documents necessary for leasing activity are also services we provide to our clients.

We frequently work with lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions for acquisition and/or construction, whether as primary or local counsel. Representation includes preparation of commitment letters, loan documents, due diligence, review of title and surveys, and other needs of lenders associated with complex real estate transactions.

We act as local counsel for borrowers and provide opinions to out of state lenders or for Florida borrowers as their real estate counsel. Opinions include preparing required certificates to counsel, borrowing resolutions, certifications of governing documents and incumbency, and reviewing loan documents for Florida-specific issues.
